Seafest is a vibrant , entertainment-packed three-day festival held annually to celebrate the diverse and dynamic community of Cardwell and the region's stunning environmental heritage.

This year's festival, from 3-5 August, is brimming with activities and displays that showcase both the natural bounty and creative talents which thrive in this region. Seafest has something for everyone - from live bands, seafood, fashion parades and movies by moonlight to sand castle building and fishing competitions, children's ammusement rides, fireworks and a kaleidoscope of variety stalls.
